An anarchopunk split between two bands: one from Italy one from Sardinia
Quarto Potere from Sardina plays mince-core influenced by the old crust-grind/crust scene (Agathocles, Anticimex, Doom) and the 80’s (Wretched,Discharge and so on).
The result of the influences is good and find a raw/crust punk band with downtuned guitars, fast beats and growl vocals.
Lyrics are about pollution, antimilitarism and the nuclear menace.

Tetano is an anarchopunk band from Benevento and this vinyl is the second after the cd „Di Stato si Muore“ (death by state).
If the cd was more wretched-style oriented this 3 tracks are rougher and more distorted, with growls vocals and some downtempo drumbeat.
Really well written lyrics about police brutality, violence/non violence and mass media.
Another good band, not my favourite, but impressive.
